How to Use:
Moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and wipe over the face, neck, décolleté, chest arms, etc.
Regular use will reveal a brighter complexion and overall smoother, more consistent tone, and texture. Mild exfoliating and slight astringent effect. Micro-peeling is normal during the acclimation period.
