What is the minimum commitment?
All subscriptions require a 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months, your subscription continues automatically and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
How often will I receive my products?
Your order ships every 3 months. Within your first 6-month commitment, you will receive 2 shipments.
What products are included?
Everything in the IMAGE SKIN + CO. online shop is available through the subscription, including the full Luminous Collection skincare line.
Can I change my products between shipments?
Yes. You can update your product selection at any time before your next shipment processes. Swap, add or remove products freely.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pausing is available after your initial 6-month commitment is fulfilled. It is not available during the first 6 months.
Is shipping really always free?
Yes. Free shipping applies to every subscription order, every cycle.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Subscription orders have a $200 minimum spend per shipment.
How do I get started?
Choose your kit or select your products in the online shop and select the subscription option on the product page before adding it to your cart. Your 6-month commitment begins on the date of your first shipment.
